Greater Glasgow and Clyde Child & Adolescent Diabetes Service

Contact Us

There are a number of ways to contact the diabetes team.

Families in Glasgow, Clyde and Argyll

For all routine and non-urgent telephone calls, please phone 0141 201 0331.

It may be that no-one is available to speak to you when you call, but there is an answering service so please leave a message with your name, your child's name, your phone number and a brief outline of why you are calling.  We promise to return all calls within 2 working days but will usually manage to get back to people much sooner than this.

If you need to speak to someone urgently, please phone the hospital switchboard on 0141 201 0000 and ask to be directed as shown here.

You can also e-mail us at childrenwithdiabetes@ggc.scot.nhs.uk.  Please note that this mailbox may not be checked daily and so should not be used for any urgent issues.

Families on the Western Isles

Please e-mail the diabetes team at diabetes.team@nhs.net for any non-urgent matters.

If your query is urgent, follow the flowchart below or else call 999.
